Shipping deadlines

Orders have been shipped by Fish club from our showroom. The average shipping time is 3 to 6 days.

Delivery method

Fish club delivers your orders in France and Europe!
Delivery is provided in France and Europe by Colissimo.
Delivery by courier is offered in Paris Intramuros.

Delivery will be made within 48 to 72 hours, depending on the country.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will return once again the next day.
If you are absent again, the package will be re -expressed in our premises.
Delivery is paid, its cost varying depending on the country of destination.

To receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you deliver your orders to an address where you are present during daytime (your workplace for example), or make sure that someone can receive the package for You (your concierge for example).

Chronopost: France: 15 € - Europe: 15 €
Paris courier: 15 €

 

Exchange & Returns

We can exchange or reimburse a product if it has not been worn. We grant a period of 2 weeks following the purchase of the product.

Please make your return request by the form of contact so that you support in this approach.
The return is at your expense. Once the product has been received by us, the exchange or refund will be made within a week.
